Here's a surprise: Jorge Luis Borges was published in the pulp science fiction magazine Fantastic Universe (March 1960--the final issue). According to reliable sources, this material is in the public domain, so here you go. (Sorry about the little thingie at the bottom of the cover picture. I couldn't get it to go away.)
