Boots

Addendum: Well, it just goes to show you. I posted this picture because I'd gotten a message from an ebay seller saying she had accidentally sent me an item which was meant for someone else, and asking if I could take a picture of the item and email it to her. (Apparently the post office requires this.) I took the picture, wrote the email, sent it...and she wrote back that the picture hadn't come through. I tried again. Nope. I tried again. Nope. So I posted the picture here and sent her a link. Success.

And this picture, with no words other than the title ("Boots") has had more hits than half of the posts I've done in the past two weeks. 

It's kind of hard not to be a little depressed about that.

On the other hand, I am now looking around the house to see what other footwear I can feature for upcoming posts. When in Rome....

Addendum 2: And as of 8:16 am on 4/26/2020, there are only 15 posts in my last 100 posts which have more hits than "Boots." The only good news is that Fernand Braudel, who devoted his life to researching and writing about history, is kicking Boots's ass. 

I guess I just had more faith in the internet than was sensible, huh? I mean...BOOTS! FF'sS.
