A Shake-speare Kind of Day

I'm standing outside these doors at the Baptist Hospital formerly known as East,  waiting for lunch to begin. The lunch crew are assembled with The Boss at the apex of the formation when I hear her say, "There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so."

I was not expecting that.
