And I try to catch at least a few moments notes of Morning Joe with my coffee every day. She is smart, outspoken, appropriately sarcastic, and fascinating. And even though she is super attractive, she doesn't flaunt it. In fact, she usually dresses very conservatively. Which I have great respect for. She presents herself in a professional way, in the same way that most newsmen present themselves in a professional way by wearing a sport coat and tie. As much as I like cleavage (and that's a lot), I think that it's inappropriate for newswomen to deliver the news with their breasts sticking out. Now, if Megyn Kelly wants to show up on Jimmy Kimmel Live! looking hot, that's a different thing. Even if she talks about the news, she's not in the position of being the deliverer of the news. So fair game. (And she did look pretty hot, didn't she?)
Of course, any bitching about "My eyes are up here!" is totally ludicrous in that situation. If you show them, we will stare.
But back to Mika.
One of my favorite things about watching her on Morning Joe is the way that she'll do a slow burn when Joe starts going off the rails. It usually starts with her eyes, then some subtle hand movements, and then finally, when she just can't take his bullshit anymore, she'll break in on him. Which she has to do, because Joe rarely comes up for air. I am convinced that he breathes through an orifice other than his mouth or nostrils, as he seems to be able to maintain a steady stream of words to fill all available space between commercials on a regular basis.
So yeah, Mika Brzezinski. I love her.
