So...there was a commercial for the 2019 Polar Plunge, and they showed a pair of chattering teeth. I looked at it and said, "Samuel Beckett's Not I," and Jacqueline laughed and said, "That's funny. "
Cuz Jacqueline knows her Samuel Beckett. Mmm-hmmm.
Matter of fact, when she was little she used to make a square out of her fingers, put it against her 👄, and walk around the house saying, "Tiny little thing, born before its time...." I don't think she memorized the whole thing, but she knew quite a bit of it.
Also, she saw me writing this and made me pause so that she could watch a video of the Julianne Moore version on You Tube.
She's cool like that.
