Out Like Flynn
January 20, 2017 to February 13, 2017. Michael Flynn was the National Security Advisor to the Trump administration for 24 days. That's got to be a record, right? And you'd think that that might say something about President-Not-Elect Trump's judgment.
Anyway, according to The Washington Post, this is one for the record books: "No one in the 64-year history of the role had a shorter tenure than his." (https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/morning-mix/wp/2017/02/14/flynn-sets-record-with-only-24-days-as-nsc-chief-the-average-tenure-is-about-2-6-years/?utm_term=.54193b7e9245 ) So at least there's that consolation.
